The AI inside every engine we build.
Pulse is the AI we built to run our own company. Now it works inside the sales, operations and finance engines we build for clients, and your team keeps the decisions.
The tool we built for ourselves.
There are two of us. We could not run Merytt the way we wanted with two people, so we built something to help us. That something is Pulse.
It is how two founders get through the work. It is also what we run for every client on the monthly.
It is not another screen to log into, and it is not a tool your team has to learn. Your people carry on working the way they do now.
What it does, in plain words.
It reads what you already record.
Your invoicing, your inbox, your job tracking. The things your business writes down anyway. Nobody has to fill in anything new for it.
It notices what needs attention.
An invoice past due. A client waiting on a reply. A job that started with no agreed price. It says why each one matters, so the person deciding can decide fast.
It does the work, inside an engine.
In the sales engine it researches leads and writes the follow-ups. In the operations engine it chases what is slipping and writes the weekly digest. In the finance engine it checks invoices against the work and follows up what is owed. Written the way you would write it, because it works from the rules you gave us.
You decide what it sends.
You choose what it may send on its own, and what waits for a person. A polite follow-up can go on its own. A quote, or a reply to an unhappy client, waits for you. You can change it at any time.
It joins the dots.
Separate tools can each be right about their own corner and still miss what matters. A client has gone quiet. Their invoice is past due. Their next job has not started. That is three flags in three places. It is also one problem.
Pulse reads all of it at once. It sees that those three are the same conversation, and it brings you that, once.
You stop being the one who joins the dots.
Why it does not go out of date.
Every overview of a business dies the same way. Somebody has to keep it up to date, nobody does, and it is wrong within a fortnight.
This one stays true, and the reason is simple. The thing doing the work is the thing making the picture. The invoice gets chased, so the chasing is current. The job gets agreed, so the agreement is current.
Nobody has to update anything, because the work is the update. That is also why anyone you allow can ask it a question instead of asking you. What they get back is what happened, not what somebody remembered.
What it will not do.
- Send what you have not allowed. You choose what it may send on its own, and what waits for a person.
- Ask you to set it up. You tell us what you want in a sentence, and we make the change.
- Replace anyone. It does the jobs nobody wanted. If your real problem is not enough people, it is the wrong fix, and we will say so.
- Become the point. A screen that only shows you things is worth very little. The point is the work getting done the way you would have done it.
How you get it.
Pulse comes with the monthly. Every client on the monthly has us running Pulse for them, inside the engines we build: sales, operations and finance. Nobody on your side has to log in.
Pulse comes with the monthly: from €3,000 a month for a business of 10 to 50 staff, priced in your Roadmap. The monthly starts at kickoff, alongside the build, and your Roadmap names the exact figure before you decide anything.
Some teams want to log into a Pulse of their own. That is an add-on, and it is on the Pulse page.
