Pulse

The AI inside every engine we build.

Pulse is our own AI. We built it to run our company first. Now it works inside the engines we build for you: sales, operations and finance. We run it for you every month, and nobody on your side has to log in.

Inside each engine.

AI does the research, the drafting and the follow-up. Your team keeps the relationships and the decisions, and you choose what it may send on its own.

Your Roadmap says which engine to build first. If it finds a different need, we build that engine too.

Pulse knows how
your company works.

Your team never has to log into it. It is the AI inside every engine we build, and it learns your way of working.

It is how we get through the work. Some teams want to log in themselves: that is Your own Pulse.

Pulse is the difference between a document and a system. One of them you have to remember to open. Pulse is how company knowledge stops being a folder and starts being something the business actually runs on.

Everything flows into Pulse.

Your email, your calendar, your files, your sheets and the tool you run jobs in. We connect Pulse to them as part of the build, so it works from what your business already records.

Your team keeps the tools it knows. Pulse works in the background, inside the engines we build.

For a team that wants to log in themselves: to ask it questions, see the drafts and say yes from their own desk. Your own Pulse is a €5,000 build, then €1,500 a month, on top of the build and running it.

About Pulse.

Do I have to log in to Pulse?

No. We run Pulse for you every month, inside the engines we build. The results come to you in the tools you already use. Logging in is only for teams who choose Your own Pulse.

Will Pulse send anything without asking?

Only what you allow. You choose what it may send on its own, like a polite follow-up, and what waits for a person, like a quote or a reply to an unhappy client. You can change that at any time.

What does Pulse cost?

Pulse is part of running it, which is priced in your Roadmap. For a business of 10 to 50 staff that starts from €3,000 a month. Your own Pulse, for a team that wants to log in, is a €5,000 build plus €1,500 a month on top.

Who can ask Pulse a question?

Anyone you allow. They ask in plain words and get an answer from what your business actually recorded.

Is it another tool my team has to learn?

No. It reads the tools you already use. Your team keeps working the way it does now.
