What it costs.
One price up front: your Roadmap. It prices everything after it. Every price is in euro.

The Roadmap fee comes off the build. All of it within 14 days of getting your plan, half of it within 45. Prices are for a business of 10 to 50 staff; larger businesses get a fixed quote on the first call.
How much does it cost to start?
The first call is free. The paid first step is your Roadmap, from €3,500, priced by the size of your business and fixed before we start. For a business of 10 to 50 staff it is €3,500; larger businesses get a fixed quote on the first call. It is a written plan: what is wrong, the one build we recommend, and its price.
Go ahead with the build within 14 days of getting your plan and the full Roadmap fee comes off it. Within 45 days, half of it does.
What does the build cost?
Your Roadmap prices it before you decide anything. For a business of 10 to 50 staff, builds start from €12,000. You pay 40% when you sign, 30% at a midpoint we agree, and the last 30% on acceptance. Acceptance means it works: the points we agreed are hit.
What does running it cost, and what are the terms?
Your Roadmap prices it. For a business of 10 to 50 staff, the monthly starts from €3,000 a month. It begins at kickoff and is paid in advance. There is a three-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. Pay for a year up front and it costs eleven months.
What if we want changes later?
What your monthly covers is included. Changes and new work beyond it are quoted first, and nothing starts until you agree the price.
What guarantees do you give?
Two. The Acceptance Guarantee: we keep working until the points we agreed are hit, and your final payment waits until they are.
The Day-90 release: on a 12-month monthly, you can leave at day 90 if the outcomes we agreed are missed.

Thirty minutes with a founder, and it is free. We ask what is in the way, what it costs you to leave it, who makes the decision, and a rough budget. You get a straight answer on whether we can help, and what your Roadmap would cover.
Do we have to go ahead with the build?
No. You pay for the Roadmap and the plan is yours. Go ahead with us, with someone else, or not at all.
What do you actually build?
Whatever your Roadmap shows is most in the way. That might be AI in the tools you already use, a system, joining up your tools, or a website. Then we keep it running.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it truly helps. Bringing AI into the tools you already use is one of the main things we build. We will not sell you a tool for the sake of it, and you choose what it may send on its own.
Pulse and your data.
The tool we run for you on the monthly, and what it does with your records.
What is Pulse?
Pulse is the tool we built for ourselves, and we run it for every client on the monthly. It is the AI inside the engines we build: sales, operations and finance. It reads what your business already records, notices what needs attention and does the work. You choose what it may send on its own.
Anyone you allow can ask it a question in plain words. Nobody on your side has to log in.
Can our team have its own Pulse?
Yes. If your team wants to log into Pulse themselves, Your own Pulse is a €5,000 build plus €1,500 a month, on top of your build and monthly.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays yours. Pulse reads only what we connect it to, in the tools you already use.
Before the build starts, we agree in writing what it reads, where it is kept and who can see it. Ask us anything about it on the first call.

Who do you work with?
Growing businesses where someone makes judgement calls every day, and the technology gets in their way. We work across trades: architecture, accountancy, engineering, recruitment, construction, property, professional services, creative agencies, vets, facilities and logistics.
If your business runs fully online with nobody making calls in the middle, like a web shop or a software product, we are probably not the right fit.
Do you work with very small businesses?
Not usually as new clients. If you are under ten people, take the free diagnostic first. Six questions, about 90 seconds, and it tells you whether now is the right time.

Yes. Your Roadmap is priced by size, and we give you a fixed quote on the first call, so the price fits what you actually need.
