Johan van der Westhuizen

Johan leads strategy and growth, and takes clients through their Roadmap. He has a degree in Business Information Systems, a Master’s in Real Estate, and start-up experience in sustainable energy. He has worked across many fields, so he knows a problem when he sees it again.

Aidan Smale

Aidan builds Merytt’s systems, Pulse among them, and leads every build. He has a degree in computer science and has worked in IT, networks and security, including for esports events. He started on a university help desk in Ohio.

Pulse is the AI we built for ourselves. It runs inside our own sales, operations and finance engines, and now it runs inside the engines we build for clients. It is how two people in two countries keep a company running.

So when we say it works, we are not guessing. We ran our own business on it before we ran it for anyone else.

02One recommendationYour Roadmap names the one build we think is right, with its price. Up to two alternatives, only if they are worth knowing about.
03It is yoursThe plan belongs to you, whether you go ahead or not. And we do not rip out a tool your team knows and likes.
04Your team keeps the decisionsAI does the research, the drafting and the follow-up. You choose what it may send on its own.
05We only quote real numbersEvery figure we give you comes from your own records or our published prices. We will not guess how much time you will get back.
06Acceptance means it worksA build is done when the points we agreed are hit, not when a date passes. Your final payment waits until then.
