The small print

Your Roadmap
€3,500 for a business of 10 to 50 staff. Larger businesses get a fixed quote on the first call.
The credit
Go ahead within 14 days of getting your plan and the full Roadmap fee comes off the build. Within 45 days, half of it does. After that, none.
The build
From €12,000 for a business of 10 to 50 staff. Paid 40% when you sign, 30% at a midpoint we agree, and 30% when it works.
Running it
From €3,000 a month for a business of 10 to 50 staff. It starts at kickoff and is paid in advance. Three months minimum, then 30 days’ notice. Pay a year up front and it costs eleven months.
The guarantees
The Acceptance Guarantee: your last build payment waits until the points we agreed are hit. The Day-90 release: on a 12-month monthly, you can leave at day 90 if the outcomes we agreed are missed.
Changes
Work beyond what the monthly covers is quoted first. Nothing starts until you agree the price.
Your own Pulse
For a team that wants to log in to Pulse themselves: a €5,000 build plus €1,500 a month, on top of your build and monthly.
We carry the risk of it not working. The Acceptance Guarantee: your final payment waits until the points we agreed are hit. And on the monthly, a way out if the outcomes we agreed are missed.

No. You pay for the plan and the plan is yours. Go ahead with us, with someone else, or not at all.

How much does a Roadmap cost?

From €3,500, priced by the size of your business and fixed before we start. For a business of 10 to 50 staff it is €3,500. If you go ahead with the build within 14 days, the full fee comes off it. Within 45 days, half of it does.

What does the build cost after that?

Your Roadmap prices the build and running it, before you decide anything. For a business of 10 to 50 staff, builds start from €12,000 and running it starts from €3,000 a month.

Do you use AI?

Yes, where it truly helps. Bringing AI into the tools you already use is one of the main things we build. You choose what it may send on its own.

Yes. Your Roadmap is priced by size, and we give you a fixed quote on the first call, so the price fits what you actually need.
